Psychodrama for Everyone: Core Principles of the Method

Psychodrama allows exploration not only of the content of experiences but also how a person acts, chooses roles, and expresses relationships.

The program includes:
— role theory;
— principles of spontaneity;
— principles of action;
— sociometry;
— distinctions between psychodrama and other psychotherapy methods;
— a psychodramatic session based on a participant's request.

You will see psychodramatic techniques in live practice and gain a deeper understanding of how the psychodramatic process works.
