Kundalini Yoga Workshop "Protection of Higher Powers"

The Kundalini Yoga workshop "Protection of Higher Powers" will take place on July 26, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00.

During the practice, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their inner power and resilience in situations of pressure and aggression. Yoga does not suggest seeing the world through rose-colored glasses; it acknowledges that people have different qualities and intentions.

The goal of the practice is to strengthen one's own state. Kundalini yoga offers tools that help maintain inner dignity and clarity even in challenging circumstances.
