New Classical Ballet "Swan Lake"
The "New Classical Ballet" troupe, led by Mikhail Mikhailov, presents P.I. Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake." Founded in 2011, the troupe combines traditions of Russian classical ballet with new dance ideas from around the world. The company includes soloists from leading Moscow theaters and graduates of top Russian choreography schools. "Swan Lake" is a global symbol of Russian ballet, known for its lyrical beauty and themes of kindness and humanism. The plot is based on a German legend about Princess Odette, transformed into a swan by the evil sorcerer Rothbart. The ballet consists of two acts. The event will take place on October 15, 2026, at the Pinsk City House of Culture.
