Hiking in Juta to Mount Chaukhi

We are starting the highland hiking season with our favorite Juta! The autumn snow has melted, and spring is in Juta! We will hike to Mount Chaukhi through beautiful alpine highlands! An interesting route featuring a rapid mountain river, springs, a waterfall, and a lake!

The magnificent Mount Chaukhi has 5 peaks! Comfortable stops are available along the route!

Program:
• We will visit all the notable sites of the Military-Georgian Road
• See the stone-carved faces of great Georgian poets and kings, created by a local renowned sculptor
• Before reaching the village of Juta, we will start hiking to the waterfall and the glacial lake at the foot of the majestic Mount Chaukhi (Chaukhi massif at about 3300 m above sea level, Kazbegi region)
• On the way, we will stop at the 5 Seasons mountain café-hotel with stunning views, loungers, poufs, and outdoor tables
• Mountain streams, alpine meadows, and a beautiful waterfall await us 💦
• Picnic (each participant brings their own snacks; there will be a supermarket stop when leaving the city)
• A scenic and very atmospheric trip!
