Tbilisi Ballet Festival 2026

The International Ballet Festival, founded in 2017 in Tbilisi, is held at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre under artistic director Nina Ananiashvili. The 2026 festival, running from July 5 to 19, marks its seventh edition. It features the State Ballet of Georgia, international ballet stars, Georgian dancers abroad, and the legendary Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch company. Important notes: latecomers will not be admitted until the first interval; a dress code is mandatory (shorts are prohibited); children under 6 years old are permitted only at day performances.
