Hiking to the Foot of Mount Kazbek

The route starts from Gergeti, near the Holy Trinity Church, and leads to the AltiHat tourist shelter located at 3014 meters above sea level.

The total distance is about 10 km, with an elevation gain of around 800 meters, and the duration including stops is about 6.5 hours. The route difficulty is rated 9/10; it is designed for athletic participants.

The start is at 7:00 AM, with the finish around 9:00 PM. The meeting point is confirmed upon registration.
