Experience the legendary tale of Svaneti in the one-act mime drama "Betkili" at Mestia Culture and Art Center. This non-verbal performance, directed by Kakha Bakuradze, brings to life the story of Betkili—a hunter who becomes entangled in love and destiny. After marrying Tamari and receiving a symbolic bow, Betkili's fate leads him into the realm of Dali, the goddess of hunting. The production blends body language and shadow theatre, making the legend accessible and captivating for all audiences, regardless of language or age. The play is based on Eva Margiani’s script, with musical arrangement by Sandro Nikoladze. Cast includes Data Filpan (Betkili), Gegi Paliani (Makhvshi), Mariam Naveriani (Mother), Salome Japaridze (Dali), Nana Kakhiani (Tamar), and others. Performance lasts 50 minutes.
