The 9th Live Screenings International Film Festival returns to Art Cinema, Tbilisi, on May 28–29, 2026. Dive into a two-day showcase of unique independent films that span genres and perspectives, from AI-driven sci-fi to heartfelt family stories and documentaries. With a lineup featuring works by filmmakers from around the world—including Korea, Germany, the UK, the USA, Netherlands, and India—expect themes like the future of technology, social change, resilience, and the complexities of human connection. Every attendee gets to vote for their favorite film, directly influencing the festival’s outcome. Screenings begin at 16:00 each day, with each program lasting approximately two hours. All films are shown in their original languages, with English, Georgian, and Russian subtitles to ensure everyone can enjoy. Tickets cost 15 GEL and are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
