Tbilisi International Ballet Festival 2026

The International Ballet Festival, founded in 2017 and held at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, returns for its seventh edition from July 5 to 19, 2026. Under the artistic direction of Nina Ananiashvili, the festival showcases the State Ballet of Georgia alongside world-renowned ballet stars, Georgian dancers working internationally, and the legendary Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch company. Attendees should note that latecomers will only be admitted at the first interval, a dress code is enforced prohibiting shorts, and children under 6 years old are allowed only at day performances.
