Tbilisi International Ballet Festival 2026

The International Ballet Festival, founded in Tbilisi in 2017, returns for its seventh edition from July 5 to 19, 2026, at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Under the artistic direction of Nina Ananiashvili, the festival showcases performances by the State Ballet of Georgia, renowned international ballet stars, Georgian dancers working abroad, and the world-famous Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch company. Important notes for attendees: latecomers will only be admitted at the first interval; a dress code is mandatory (shorts are not allowed); children under 6 years old are permitted only at day performances.
