Self-care and Professional Burnout Training
On July 8, the Academy of Thinking hosts a training led by psychologist Nini Elbakidze on "Self-care and Professional Burnout." The session explores the fine line between heavy workload and burnout, highlighting symptoms such as emotional coldness, irritability, fatigue, and loss of humor. Participants will learn to identify early signs of professional stress and understand its effects on emotions, relationships, and motivation. The meeting lasts 2-3 hours and offers a welcoming atmosphere with a buffet.
