Film Screening and Experimental Writing Workshop

This event at Grato Passage features a screening of several experimental films: "Mila" (19 min, fiction), exploring existential themes; "Alive Buildings" (16 min, documentary), telling stories of Tbilisi's modernist architecture; "Street #0" (5 min, experimental documentary) capturing calm in a chaotic market; and "Once Upon a Time" (5 min, experimental) depicting a simple domestic encounter. After the films, participate in a 1.5-hour workshop focused on experimental writing and visual thinking, encouraging imagination through memory, associations, and intuitive processes. Attendees should bring a notebook, pencils, and a pen. The workshop is led by Salome Vefkhvadze, an artist working across film, video art, photography, painting, and digital art, known for her interest in visual storytelling and mixed media experimentation. The event is suitable for participants aged 16 and older. Ticket price is 30 GEL.
