The Autumn Of My Springtime

"The Autumn Of My Springtime" tells the story of Boria Gadai, a little bird with a huge heart, living in Kutaisi, Georgia, after World War II. Following the death of Varlam, the organ-grinder, Boria becomes the sole caretaker of the elderly grandmother Domna. Unintentionally drawn into thievery, he falls in love with the beautiful Ninel and embarks on many thrilling and dangerous adventures. This enchanting tale weaves masterful puppetry with traditional Georgian folk songs, dance, and cherished memories of the author. The performance lasts 90 minutes and premiered in 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Children under 12 are not admitted. The show runs at Gabriadze Theatre from June 2 to June 30, 2026, with multiple dates at 19:00. Attendees can relax before the show at the "Ar Idardo" bar in the theatre lobby, opening at 18:00 exclusively for ticket holders. Punctuality is required as latecomers will not be admitted to preserve the intimate atmosphere.
