The Art Of Life

"The Art Of Life" delves into the intense inner dialogue within the human mind, portraying the battle against suicidal thoughts and the quest to find meaning in existence. It reveals how deep loneliness and alienation can push a person toward despair, where suicide seems like an escape. The story follows a man whose ambition as a playwright and his relationship with a woman become intertwined efforts to overcome his existential void and solitude. This performance was created as part of Ilia State University’s master's program "Live Theatre Arts: Acting and Directing." Directed by Mariam Jamerashvili, with production supervised by Ioane Khutsishvili, and featuring actors Nino Chaduneli and Shalva Chalagashvili. Set and costume design by Sandro Javakhishvili and Elene Japaridze, technical direction by Natalia Murvanidze. Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes. Venue: Iliauni Theatre, June 11, 2026, at 20:00.
