Chinchraka

The timeless Georgian children’s tale “Chinchraka” returns to the stage at the Youth Theatre. This magical production, directed by Ioseb Bakuradze, blends shadow theater, circus, and music to immerse audiences in a world of fantasy and adventure. Follow the brave boy Chinchraka and Princess Mzia as they face daunting challenges and battle a fearsome demon. Their story, rich with humor and folk elements, celebrates kindness, courage, and friendship. Visual art by Nino Chitaishvili, music by Sandro Nikoladze. Starring Nana Metreveli, Tamar Chanukvadze, Mariam Khukhunaishvili, and more. Suitable for ages 5 and up. Shows run June 1–30 at the Youth Theatre.
