‘Diary of a Madman’ comes to Theatre Factory 42 on March 4, bringing Gogol’s iconic work to life under the direction of Levan Tsuladze. This adaptation explores the limits of personal freedom and the struggles of imagination in a restrictive society, inviting the audience to question reality and the boundaries set by others. Costume design is by Nino Surguladze, with music adapted by Zurab Gagloshvili and assistant direction by Tamar Pruidze. The cast features Nika Khrikuli, Zuka Papuashvili, Nika Kuchava, Nika Gogidze, Duta Skhirtladze, Anuka Grigolia, Ana Vasadze / Mariam Gvinianidze, and Teona Kokrashvili. The performance lasts 90 minutes with no intermission and will include English subtitles.
