Tootsie at Theatre Factory 42

Experience Levan Tsuladze’s fresh take on “Tootsie” at Theatre Factory 42 in Tbilisi. Inspired by the acclaimed film, this stage adaptation shifts the spotlight to the actor’s journey — the art, the sacrifice, and the passion that drive performers to immerse themselves in each role. The play brings together prominent Georgian actors, including Nika Kuchava, Ana Vasadze, Manana Kozakova, and more, under the direction and scenography of Tsuladze. The show’s vibrant team features Nino Surguladze (costumes), Tinatin Tsuladze (choreography), Zurab Gagloshvili (music), Giga Bagration-Gogadze (makeup), Data Dvalishvili (video), and assistant director Nino Kalandadze. “Tootsie” will run from March 1–13, 8:00 pm, with a duration of 150 minutes (including one intermission), and is suitable for audiences aged 7 and up.
