Alfred and Violetta

Experience the poignant tale of Alfred and Violetta at Gabriadze Marionette Theatre, now refreshed with a new script by Leo Gabriadze. The timeless romance, inspired by Dumas’ and Verdi’s renowned works, unfolds against the backdrop of 1990s Tbilisi along with scenes in Milan, Khashuri, Rome, Abastumani, Venice, and Dighomi. Originally created by Rezo Gabriadze, the play has been thoughtfully reimagined after many years. Guests are welcome to visit the 'Ar Idardo' bar in the theatre lobby from 18:00 before the show. The performance runs for 75 minutes and is restricted to audiences aged 12 and older. Latecomers won’t be admitted to ensure an intimate and magical atmosphere.
