The Autumn Of My Springtime - Puppet Theatre Performance

"The Autumn Of My Springtime" is a captivating puppet theatre performance that tells the tale of Boria Gadai, a small bird with a big heart living in Kutaisi, Georgia, after World War II. Following the death of Varlam, the organ-grinder, Boria becomes the sole caretaker of the elderly grandmother Domna. Unintentionally, Boria turns to thievery, falls in love with the beautiful Ninel, and embarks on a series of thrilling and dangerous adventures. This enchanting production blends masterful puppetry with Georgian folk songs, dance, and heartfelt memories cherished by the author. The show runs for 90 minutes and premiered in 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Attendees are invited to relax before the performance at the "Ar Idardo" bar in the theatre lobby, open exclusively for ticket holders from 18:00. Note that children under 12 are not admitted, and punctuality is required as latecomers will not be admitted to preserve the intimate and magical atmosphere of the theatre.
