Ancient Wine & First Europeans Tour
Explore Georgia’s archaeological wonders on a professional tour with expedition leader Giorgi Bidzinashvili. Trace 1.8 million years of history on Saturdays and Sundays, May 1–June 21, starting at 08:30 near the Giant Bicycle Monument, Tbilisi. Uncover the birthplace of wine at Gadachrili Gora, see medieval and Bronze Age sites in Dmanisi and Kvemo Kartli, and witness real-time excavations. Learn about ancient wine traditions and early European hominids, all through the lens of the latest scientific research.
