Marshal de Fantié's Diamond

Set in 19th-century Tbilisi, "Marshal de Fantié's Diamond" blends history, humor, and intrigue. The wedding of Keto and Kote on the Mtkvari riverside is interrupted by shocking news: General Vano Phantiashvili is suddenly the heir to the world’s largest diamond. Joined by the spirited Khecho, clever Zippo, machinist Porpile, and matchmaker Khanuma, the group heads to Paris, embarking on a journey filled with twists, lively encounters, and charm. What could motivate a battle-worn general to refuse such a spectacular inheritance? The production lasts 75 minutes at Gabriadze Theatre. Before the performance, relax in the "Ar Idardo" bar (from 6 pm for ticket holders, from 8:30 pm for everyone). Children under 12 are not admitted. Latecomers will not be seated after the show starts, preserving the intimate atmosphere.
