Step into the captivating world of Boria Gadai, a small bird with remarkable courage, navigating life after World War II in Kutaisi, Georgia. When Varlam, the beloved organ-grinder, passes away, Boria is left to care for the elderly Domna and soon finds himself unexpectedly drawn into a whirlwind of adventures, love, and even crime. Alongside magical puppetry, Georgian folk songs, and evocative dances, this performance is a heartfelt journey through hope, sadness, and joy. Presented by Gabriadze Theatre, this enchanting show has delighted audiences since its 2002 premiere in Lausanne. The performance lasts 90 minutes, and children under 12 are not admitted. Enjoy refreshments at the 'Ar Idardo' bar in the theatre lobby, open for ticket holders from 18:00 and for all from 20:30. Please arrive on time—late entry is not permitted.
