Levil's Mother
Set in 1920s France near Paris, 'Levil's Mother' follows the lives of Nametia Berdzenishvili and Valodia Goguadze, members of the Georgian community forced into exile after Georgia's independence was lost. The play explores the creation of their estate in Levil, the daily struggles of life in emigration, and their unwavering devotion to preserving Georgian heritage. Artistic direction by Rusudan Kobiashvili, with script and stage direction by Nana Kakabadze, music by Zaza Marjanishvili, choreography by Gia Margania, and assistance from Natia Boshishvili.
