Experience Shakespeare’s iconic tragedy “King Lear” at Tumanishvili Theatre under the direction of Zura Getsadze. Translated by Manana Antadze, this gripping performance explores the downfall of a king and the unraveling of his family. Starring Zura Kipshidze, Akaki Khidasheli or Zurab Getsadze, Nanuka Litanishvili, Maia Gelovani, Kato Kalatozishvili or Keta Shatirishvili, and others. Set design is by Shota Glurjidze, with music by Erekle Getsadze and assistant direction from Sopho Orjonikidze. The performance runs for 180 minutes. Upcoming dates: March 25, April 8, and April 14.
