Non Local Locals
Experience 'Non Local Locals,' a witty new comedy at Paata Guliashvili Comedy Theater. From April 3 to 17, step into a small Hamburg refugee shelter, where four Georgians—strangers to each other—must adapt, coexist, and face homesickness, culture shock, absurd situations, and the universal hunt for belonging. The play follows their humorous attempts to fit into German life, their struggles with language, and the push-pull of nostalgia and hope. Tensions, misunderstandings, and laughter abound, revealing what it means to remain Georgian in a foreign land. Directed by Pata Guliashvili and written by Nika Ramishvili, the production features a talented cast: Nika Arabidze (Shaliko/Bregovich), Vasil Grigalashvili (Emzar/Tarsi Emzo), Rati Tvildiani (Nodar/Razha), and Paata Guliashvili (Giorgi/Zhorika). Suitable for ages 12 and up, with tickets available only for April 17. Performances completely sold out on previous dates—don't miss your chance!
