The Nose: Gogol's Tale Reimagined
Step into a world where identity slips away—literally. Theatre Factory 42 presents a bold, contemporary take on Gogol’s "The Nose," helmed by Levan Tsuladze. The play explores what’s left of us when our status, name, and influence vanish overnight. One morning, a man’s nose disappears, taking on a life far grander than its original owner. Through inventive direction, striking costumes by Nino Surguladze, choreography by Tinatin Tsuladze, and music by Zurab Gagloshvili, this premiere performance questions what defines us, especially when our own face is no longer ours. The talented cast includes Nika Kuchava, Nika Khrikuli, Manana Kozakova, Baia Dvalishvili, Duta Skhirtladze, Onise Oniani, Anka Vasadze, Anuka Grigolia, and Teona Kokrashvili. Theatre Factory 42—founded by Levan Tsuladze in a repurposed Coca-Cola plant at 114 Tsereteli Ave., Tbilisi—pulses with creative energy, modern flair, and a commitment to independent theatre. Curtains rise on April 27 at 8:00 PM. Duration: 110 minutes, no intermission. Special 15% discount for 4th-row seats with TBC Concept Visa and Visa Signature Travel cards.
