Step into a captivating musical performance at Youth Theatre, inspired by Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani’s renowned fable. ‘A Jar Full of Wishes’ reimagines the classic tale through modern stagecraft and choreography, blending expressive dance with the sounds of Georgian folk music and works by Sulkhan Tsintsadze. Artistic direction by Giorgi Sultanishvili and choreography by Nika Nanitashvili create an allegorical journey brought to life with video art inspired by Niko Pirosmani’s paintings. The production features Sopho Peradze, Lali Gerkenashvili, and Giorgi Jikuridze, transporting audiences through story and poetry rooted in Georgian tradition. Suitable for ages 7 and up, the performance lasts 50 minutes. Catch it in March and April at Youth Theatre.
