Step into Gabriadze Theatre for a profound journey through Boria Gadai’s world: a little bird with tremendous heart in postwar Kutaisi, Georgia. After the organ-grinder Varlam dies, Boria is left to care for elderly Domna, unwittingly turning to petty theft, facing hardship and romance with the captivating Ninel. This enchanting show mixes puppetry, Georgian folk melodies, dance, and cherished memories to explore dreams and despair, fury and elation. The performance lasts 90 minutes and is suitable for ages 12 and up. Originally premiered in 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Tickets grant access to the "Ar Idardo" bar in the theatre lobby from 18:00. Please note, latecomers are not admitted to preserve an intimate atmosphere.
