The masterclass "Meeting Your Sexuality" is an exploration of yourself, your feelings, and inner freedom.

What is my sexuality really like if I remove shame, fear, and others' expectations?

This is not a lecture on "how to become more sexual."

It is an opportunity to safely explore yourself, your desires, inner prohibitions, and habitual strategies, revealing yourself to be yourself — without the need to conform to others' ideas.

During the process:

— working with inner prohibitions
— group process and reflection
— gentle exploration of contact with yourself
