An Evening of Choreography by Georgy and Maria Aleksidze

A gala evening uniting the works of two outstanding choreographers — Georgy Aleksidze and his daughter Maria Aleksidze.

The program includes a contemporary ballet on the theme of Phaedra, “Diplopito,” set to music by Giya Kancheli, and the premiere of the ballet “Voyager” to music by Dario Marianelli.

This is an evening where classical tradition meets contemporary choreography, and the audience witnesses both time-tested plasticity and a new dance language.
