Author's Astronomy Lecture "June Evening with a Telescope"

Summer is the best time to observe not only bright planets but also distant cosmic objects.

Amateur astronomer Georgy Astrovsky invites you to spend an evening away from city lights. This time, we will go to the area near the village of Orbeti, where a powerful amateur telescope allows viewing three planets at once — Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter — as well as many beautiful deep-sky objects.

The program includes:

✨ open star clusters
✨ planetary nebulae

The entire evening will be filled with live discussions about astronomy: Georgy will explain how to navigate the night sky, show interesting objects, and answer your questions.

Participation fee — 100₾.

Transfer is included in the price. Participants arriving by their own car and willing to give rides to others receive a discount (contact via DM).

Departure from the Auditorium at 19:00. We head to the Orbeti village area (subject to slight adjustments depending on conditions). Return is around midnight.

The excursion takes place in clear weather. Final confirmation is given on the morning of the departure day.
