Nina holds a specialized physical education degree and deep knowledge gained in Rishikesh — the world capital of yoga. Over 7 years of practice, she has accumulated rich experience that she is happy to share with you.

In the class, we will focus on:
- Hatha yoga;
- Vinyasa;
- Meditation;
- Sound healing.
